Course Description
Short Term Low impact for Occasional users may be defined asindustry-based, paid workers wanting to conduct basic, often lower-risk trafficcontrol for work purposes.
It is important that anyone applying forthis course understands that by completing this course they cannot work as aTraffic Controller, Traffic Management Implementer or Traffic ManagementDesigner. They do not have the ability to use a stop/slow bat.
While there wasconsideration to allow some exemptions to the use of a stop slow bat thedecision was made that this would be difficult to enforce and would technicallyallow a worker to stop traffic on a high volume road.
