Workplace Health & Safety – learn how to contribute to a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and customers.

Stock Handling – receive and manage stock with accuracy and care.

Food Safety – handle food in line with hygiene and compliance standards.

Store Presentation – organise and maintain an inviting retail environment.

Customer Conflict Management – effectively manage difficult, aggressive, or abusive customers.

Security Awareness – identify and respond to potential security risks.

Delivered face-to-face, one day a week over 12 weeks, this program blends theory and practical skills to prepare you for real-world retail environments.

On successful completion, participants will receive the nationally recognised:

SIRSS00023 Participate in Work Health and Safety in a Retail Environment skill set.
